SAP SD OTC Consultant

As the SAP SD specialist, you will be a key player in driving digital transformation initiatives through advanced technology solutions. This role focuses on SAP OTC processes, including SD, TM, and CS, and involves designing business processes, analyzing client needs, and delivering functional solutions.
You will lead the end-to-end execution of SAP OTC projects, from initial planning through to go-live, ensuring that client requirements are met within budget and timelines. You will oversee project phases, manage resources, and provide continuous post-implementation support. Additionally, you'll deliver user training, maintain accurate project documentation, and collaborate with technical teams to implement changes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and deployment of SAP SD solutions, providing expert advice and strategic direction to clients.
• Analyze business needs and create customized SAP OTC solutions to address specific client objectives.
• Manage and oversee multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring successful implementation and long-term support.
• Provide ongoing post-launch support, driving continuous improvements and process optimization.
• Deliver training to ensure users fully understand and leverage SAP OTC system features.
• Work with technical teams to implement necessary system adjustments and enhancements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

• Proven experience with SAP OTC, particularly within SD, TM, and CS modules.
• Experience working in industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Goods, or Wholesale.
• Strong project management and leadership abilities, with a focus on problem-solving.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent client communication and consultation skills.
