SAP Procure to Pay - Senior Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Manager for SAP Procure to Pay (PTP). In this leadership role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP PTP projects, including SAP Ariba and related areas such as Inventory Management, Material Management, and Accounts Payable.
You will lead a team of SAP professionals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that SAP solutions are seamlessly integrated with business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute SAP Procure to Pay projects, including SAP Ariba, Inventory Management, Material Management (MM), Accounts Payable (AP), Master Data, and MRP.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SAP analysts and consultants to drive project success.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective SAP solutions.
- Ensure SAP PTP processes align with business strategies and objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP landscape to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP PTP, including Ariba, MM, AP, IM, MRP, and Master Data integration.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing SAP Procure to Pay projects.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong expertise in SAP PTP, Ariba, MM, AP, IM, MRP, and their integration with other SAP modules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- PMP, SAP certification, or equivalent qualifications are highly desirable.
- Experience in large-scale transformation programs as part of a cross-functional team.
- Proven experience leading SAP Procure to Pay workstreams within industries such as Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Retail, or Wholesale.
