SAP Group Reporting - Senior Manager

Are you an experienced SAP Group Reporting professional looking for your next leadership opportunity?

We’re seeking a Senior Manager, SAP Group Reporting to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP Group Reporting projects. This is a key role where you’ll lead a team of SAP specialists and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with business processes.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver SAP Group Reporting projects, covering consolidation, intercompany matching, reconciliation and elimination, currency translation, and minority interest calculations.
• Lead and mentor a team of SAP analysts and consultants, providing strategic direction and support.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Ensure SAP Group Reporting processes align with broader business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP landscape.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Provide expert knowledge and support for SAP Group Reporting, ICMR, and GRDC.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of five years’ experience managing SAP Group Reporting/BPC projects.
• Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Group Reporting, ICMR, and GRDC, and their integration with other SAP modules.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• PMP, SAP certification, or equivalent is highly desirable.
