SAP FI CO Lead

We’re seeking an experienced SAP FI CO Lead to drive SAP S/4HANA initiatives for our client. In this full-time role, you’ll be instrumental in guiding major transformation projects within the finance domain, focusing on accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), record-to-report (RTR), financial planning & analysis (FP&A), and product costing.
 
As the SAP FI CO Lead, you’ll work alongside a dynamic team of SAP experts, providing technical leadership and ensuring the smooth integration of cutting-edge solutions that align with industry best practices.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA (or SAP ECC) end-to-end projects, driving successful digital transformations across the finance function.
• Leverage your expertise in SAP FICO to deliver high-quality, future-proof, and cloud-ready solutions, focusing on clean core and vanilla principles.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to design, document, and implement comprehensive end-to-end processes.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to SAP functional and technical teams, ensuring project adherence to architectural guidelines and best practices.
• Collaborate on industry-specific solutions in Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Retail, and Wholesale, delivering significant value for clients.

• Proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA implementations with a strong functional background in SAP FICO.
• Expertise in collaborating with diverse teams, stakeholders, and vendors to manage and deliver on finance workstreams.
• A deep understanding of finance processes and technology integration across various industries, including Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Retail, and Wholesale.
