Applications Business Analyst

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Applications Business Analyst in a full-time capacity. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with key business stakeholders, optimize processes, and facilitate seamless communication between ICT and business users.
  
To apply for this opportunity you MUST HAVE 4-6 years experience as a Business Analyst within the construction or maintenance industry and be a self starter able to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  
Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage, develop, and maintain effective business relationships.
  • Work collaboratively and demonstrate commitment to shared service values.
  • Identify and implement improvements and solutions that provide business benefits.
  • Maintain an organizational-wide perspective while facilitating the mobilization of solutions across projects and maintenance contracts.
  • Act as a key liaison between ICT and business users, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of project issues.
  • Support business users across various applications, investigating and documenting issues, and providing timely updates.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies and procedures
  • Travel to interstate and project sites as required.
  
Qualifications & Experience:
  • University Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the construction or maintenance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes within construction and/or maintenance is essential.
  • Experience with applications that support construction and maintenance processes is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in analysing and optimizing business processes.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong process and documentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute effectively in various business scenarios.
  
Personal Attributes:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, from the people working on site to senior business stakeholders
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders such as ICT Solution Delivery Team and Business Process Owners
  • Ability to lead, facilitate workshops, document requirements, and conduct training sessions.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to high work standards.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
